Condition
The chair is structurally sound and in overall very good appearance retaining minimal wear to its finished trim and upholstery. The upholstery presents free of rips, tears, staining or odors but minute retains areas which appear to have been "snagged". These could most likely be simply cut to improve the overall appearance.
